About Rabo SmartPin
Rabo SmartPin lets you accept payments from customers on your own terms — choose between contactless Tap to Pay or a dedicated card reader, and get paid anytime, anywhere.
Your customers have options too. Accept PIN entries, credit cards, payment requests, and iDEAL QR codes — all in one app. You decide which payment methods suit your business, and every transaction flows through your personal dashboard where you can track sales, manage your payment settings, and stay on top of cash flow.
Turn your phone into a complete point-of-sale system. Pull items from your product catalogue, ring them up, and watch your inventory update automatically. Keep a running total of daily turnover, simplify VAT filing with built-in calculations, and log cash transactions with change calculations so your till balances perfectly. Generate receipts on the spot — email them directly to customers or print them with a connected receipt printer.
Manage your team with ease. Create separate user profiles for each employee, controlling who can process refunds, access reports, or handle specific payment types. Every transaction is logged and visible in your dashboard, so you always know exactly what's happening in your business.
Setting up is straightforward. For Tap to Pay, you need an Android smartphone or tablet with NFC capability — no hardware required. If you prefer a physical card reader, the Rabo SmartPin hardware arrives once your agreement with Rabobank is complete; just pair it via Bluetooth and you're ready to accept payments.
New to the app? Download it and explore the demo mode risk-free — no registration needed. You can walk through the full interface, see how transactions flow, and get a real feel for the workflow before you commit. When you're ready, tap the link in the app to register your account and start accepting payments.
Rabo SmartPin includes Rabo Smart Pay at no extra charge, giving you a unified view of all incoming money and streamlined payment management in one place. Whether you run a small shop, pop-up stall, market stand, or mobile service, this app scales with your business.
